Rules:
- I must find the site unique and that really stands out. If I think your site is like every other site I see so very often, you will not be accepted.
- Edit*: Any type of site can apply, not just anime/manga related.
- The site must show quality, not quantity.
- No hentai/porm sites. I'm too young to see that.
- No yuri or yaoi (slash pairing) sites. I'm not interested in those type of pairings.
- Amount of hits, pages of content, experience of the site owner or how long it's been running does not not count.
